Kingdom by the Sea Tour and Review

A secret passage holds more than spider webs

When a ship's captain is forced to enslave island natives to please his fiancĂ©e, Princess Serena, he takes refuge in the company of a beautiful slave girl. The princess is devastated by his betrayal, and the lives of all the slaves in her realm are now at risk. The heart-broken princess has acquired great power at her father’s death, could she use it to force the captain’s fulfillment of his promise to her? Or will the affectionate stable-hand, despite his own secrets, have his chance at her heart after all?
In the romantic style of master writers like Anita Stanfield, Anna del C. Dye has skillfully entwined these relationships into a captivating, edge-of-your-seat medieval romance that will have readers guessing until the final page. Young adults everywhere-A Kingdom by the Sea is the book you MUST read!

Anna was born in the extreme South along some famous beaches. She grew up with four other siblings, being placed in the middle.
Anna moved to the USA to marry her husband, Rodney, and has resided in Utah since then. Her husband, a native of Idaho, met her in her hometown. They fell in love and she came to Utah on Christmas Eve to be married two weeks later. They are the parents of three princes and a princess.
Early on in her life she showed an affinity for sewing and took classes that rewarded her with the opportunities of doing costuming for the cast of four musicals, and for Utah’s own Fantasy Con, which she enjoyed immensely. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Anna lives in Taylorsville Utah.

I actually was able to enjoy Anna's first book Once Upon Two Kingdoms, and left a review for that one as well - which you can find HERE

I was, therefore, excited to read this one as well!

So here is my Review for Kingdom by the Sea:

This was a cute story. I really loved seeing the change in charactors as they learned and grew. I really loved the reality of it, without people just forgiving one another just because it's the right thing to do, but rather forgiving but having to learn to trust again and having to earn back friendship - That really made me love this book. I admit at first I was a bit sketchy about it thinking it was not my style and maybe even a bit young for me, but as the story gets going and you realize what the Princess is up to, it captivated me and I had to know what was going to happen. A little slow in the beginning but definitely picked up and all the information was absolutely necissary to appreciate how it turns out and the plot twists. I will be reading this again and I will, of course, be recommending it to others.

Becky's Kiss Review - Fabulous book!!

Becky meets the boy of her dreams, too bad he keeps disappearing.

"It could not be worse for ninth grader Becky Michigan on her first day at a new school, sitting in beet juice and staining her white jeans in a classroom about to fill up with students. In the nick of time, a gorgeous blonde boy named Danny comes in and offers his over-sized baseball jersey so she can cover up, get to the office, and change. By the time she pulls the shirt over her head, however, he has mysteriously disappeared.

Becky scours the school in search of her dream-athlete and wonders why after contact with him she has magically gained the ability to throw a fastball ninety miles per hour! Instead of finding the answer, however, Becky's new skill pits her against the school bully and the entire varsity baseball team.

That night, after her exciting showdown in front of the entire school, Danny shows up at her bedroom window. If she will agree to meet him behind Rutledge High at midnight on the ball field at the edge of the woods, he promises to reveal a secret meant to alter the past and change her life forever."

Nicholas Fisher is a college professor and a sports enthusiast. He writes adult horror under another name, but thought of the idea for Becky’s Kiss while coaching his son’s baseball team. Since the story involved high school drama he decided to write his first young adult piece. When not writing or teaching, Nicholas Fisher enjoys pizza, reality television, and playing the banjo. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and his son goes to Arizona State University.

AND NOW .... FOR MY AMAZING

This book was super cute, fun, and just a touch of making you really think. It had a few twists I did not expect but actually really loved. It moved along at a fast pace and kept me interested to see what was next. It was also a very easy ready so I didn't feel like I was ever lost or had to back track to figure out what had happened. It flowed very well. And the end definitely made you think about what was, what could of been, and what is. It was such a great idea and I loved it.
The Characters were likable and you found yourself invested in their story. The situations were realistic enough to be possible even with the paranormal twist. And it all made so much sense in the story that I never questioned any of it as I read. It was so well put together.
I would easily recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good, clean, unique book!

See Me For Me Tour and Review

One wrong step changes Jocelyn’s Prima Ballerina’s life in one step...

A single choice results in Jeremiah facing unbearable consequences...

When these two meet, it could be catastrophic or the answer to unspoken prayers.

Can love be tested too far? Will hearts soften and hurts be forgiven?

Or will too much loss be too devastating to find hope?

One thing is for sure, lives are about to change forever…

Her most recent accomplishment started in the summer of 2015, see previous page. Making her dad’s dream come true with publishing his works as well, as an emotional accomplishment. She is the 2016 local A.N.W.A. chapter (Snake River Writers) president, won NaNoWriMo and loves StoryMakers.
Teya has been writing for as long as she can remember. At a young age she lived on a street she affectionately named Hill Street Blues, which helped her creative writing. Her Family moved to Menan where she continued her love of writing. Her father would always be and will continue to be her inspiration, even after his untimely death in 2006.
She loves sitting in her soft chair next to the fireplace and watching out a big living room window. It gives her plenty of creative juice for stories.
She met the love of her life in the loft of a barn. Yep, that set up some teasing from her father. They have been happily married since 2003. They have four children and all are loving and supportive of her writing.  Her oldest daughter is following in her footsteps as a writer adding her own illustrations. She refuses to comment on the trolls in the closets and under the beds. She is active in her church, has compassion for others, and a love for all life brings.

I really enjoyed this book. The idea of one small step changing someones life forever and learning to deal with the different life than Jocelyn had ever known. It was really neat to follow her story and what she dealt with. To see what she thought and to imagine being in her place. It was easy to care about the characters and to feel for them when they were angry, sad, frustrated, and also when they were happy. The only surprise for me was that I didn't know this book was religious and it caught me by surprise. But once I realized where it was going I found myself taking it all in stride and enjoying the story of self, love, and spirituality. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys sweet romance and recognizes the love of God in their life.

I have been reading love stories for as long as I can remember and when I ‘met’ the classic authors like Jane Austen, Elizabeth Gaskell, Henry James, The BrontĂ« sisters, etc. during my Honours studies, I was hooked for life.
I married my college boyfriend and soul mate and after 40 years, 3 interesting and wonderful children and 3 beautiful grandsons, he still makes me weak in the knees. We are fortunate to live in the picturesque little seaside village of Betty's Bay, South Africa with the ocean a block away and a beautiful mountain right behind us. And although life so far has not always been an easy ride, it has always been an exiting and interesting one!
I like the heroines in my stories to be beautiful, feisty, independent and headstrong.  And the heroes must be strong but possess a generous amount of sensitivity. They are of course, also gorgeous!  My stories typically incorporate the family background of the characters to better understand where they come from and who they are when we meet them in the story.

This book was fast paced and intriguing. It was interesting to see the dynamic between the main characters and the tension there as well. I loved the back and forth between them and the not knowing but also hoping and wishing and kind of knowing how they felt (with a touch of unsure that kept me reading to see if they would figure it out). I loved the mystery and the danger as well. That really hyped up the tension, wanting to know what would happen and if she would survive it all. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt like the tension and story with the stalker ended too soon and suddenly we have quite a bit of the book left without any tension or danger. Just the main characters figuring out their own issues and making up their minds. But it still kept me reading to the end and I definitely would recommend it. Just wanted to see that a bit longer in the story before they triumphed

I would give this 4 STARS!!!!!!!!
And would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys a New Adult Romance.
