Now for some fun Author interview Questions!
1-
What other hobbies do you enjoy when you are not writing?
I am a professional seamstress and love
costuming. I do flower arrangements,
decorations and all kind of crafts. I love camping and visiting ruins.
2-
A lot of authors I have noticed have music as a way to
help with their writing. Is this something that you have used as well? If not
what are some things you have used?
Not really. I love music, but
if it were on when I am writing I would be singing along which distracts from
my writing. However, I once watched “Aida”, a live musical, and the ending
bothered me so much that I went home and gave it a different ending. When the
morning come I had work out a different story and my book A Kingdom by the sea came
to life. This is the second book in my Royal Romance Series. Aida inspired it,
but it has little to do with it. It will be published in 2016

On the last night I had with Father, all of the sudden, he had acted possessed and cried out words that seemed like a prayer. All I remember was the look in his eyes, like a paralyzed deer frozen by lantern light. Just like the trapped animal, it seemed Father knew deep in his heart that he needed to run, yet his feet didn’t move.In another moment, he shoved me inside the trunk of a tree. A tree? It has to be a bad dream. Who has ever heard of a person, small or big, melting into a full-grown tree trunk? I haven’t, yet, that’s what happened to me. It was like being under water, except I could breathe but I couldn’t really move.
No matter how I tried. I couldn’t call out to Father. Whatever happened there, or I thought happened, my voice had left me. With what seemed like seconds to spare, he turned slowly to face what appeared to be black smoke that rushed toward him from the darkest part of the forest. I watched impotently as the dark vapor sent flashes of smoke toward his chest. With the scant knowledge of my twelve years, I still knew that whatever that smoke was, it wasn’t good. All my suspicions became real when Father’s body started to contort unnaturally every which way. I was right; he was under attack. Why? Who was our enemy? Why did they mean harm to my family?
