Dr. Lauren Deville is board-certified to practice medicine in the State of Arizona. She received her NMD from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ, and she holds a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Arizona, with minors in Spanish and Creative Writing. 

She also loves yoga, piano, and good audiobooks. She writes fiction under a pen name in her spare time.








I was extremely interested in this book since I have had many medical issues in my life. I was surprised to find how easy it was to read and to follow. I loved that it give you information pertaining to your own issues so you didn't have to read everything, just the areas that are a specific concern for you. It had questions to answer and lead you to the section depending on what you needed. And then gave you information in a concise, easy to read manner. I love having this book in my collection and at my fingertips. Plus I like having information about ways to stay healthy while understanding what is happening inside our bodies. This is a great book for anyone to have on hand and in their collection, and I highly recommend it.
